If I ask for a quotation in my own home is there a charge?
No all our quotations and advice are free
Am I obliged to buy anything after I have received a quotation?
No we will only put through an order once you are happy
Do I have to pay a deposit once I have confirmed my order?
No deposit is asked for, payment in full will be required when the blind is fully installed
How long is my blind guaranteed for?
All our blinds are guaranteed for two years
Do you supply spare parts?
Yes we have a wide range in our showroom
How long will my blinds take to arrive after I have ordered them?
Most blinds take approximately two weeks to arrive and can then be booked in for fitting. Pleated blinds will take three to four weeks.
